As a writer it does not matter about the riches you may or may not make from telling your story. The main value writing for passion even if they are scribbles and dribbles to everyone else. The Passion of writing is what keeps you going as words an express a thousand more as a image can express millions. I find communicating on this level is solace for me as I express myself in detail more than I can speak the words.

The objective of this challenge is to embrace meditation fully, without bias or expectations, for 21 days. You are encouraged to write down all your observations in your meditation journal, whether good or bad, so you can make your judgment at the end of the challenge on whether meditation is for you. Who knows, maybe you will start floating at the end of the 14 days?
