Chicken in Ginger Carrot Sauce

Last night, I was looking around for something yummy, quick and easy to prepare but with all my favorite foods. My find leads me to BodyRock. Zuzana and Freddy always have new and exciting recipes available for anyone just starting out in cooking or just looking for ‘that jazz’ at dinner time.

What is so easy about this recipe?

You can pop down to the local store and just pick up the ginger, carrots and the chicken broth in under 10 minutes and have it severed within 2o minutes. Overall 30 minutes of prep time including the transit time and there’s left overs for the next night – just add some rice and BAM your done.

It’s really super easy to make, so don’t feel intimidated and give it a try at home even if it’s your first time cooking.
