We respond physically, emotionally and chemically to stress in a way that it has a major impact on our quality of life, ability to perform at work and our emotional state of well-being. Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) say: “New research has confirmed many Australians families are struggling to balance the pressures of work and family responsibilities.”  One needs to ask how to manage stress and keep a balanced life. Work stress exists no matter which line of work, industry or company you are at. 
I believe it is important to take days off, relax and unwind from the grin and dine of life. I mentioned earlier that having a balanced physical, emotional and chemical body and mind is one key factor to help you stress less and keep it together. ''Having regular and reasonable hours is the key. For some part-time work is a desirable arrangement but the key issue is to have control over the length of the working week and the work hours.
