Chicken in Ginger Carrot Sauce

Last night, I was looking around for something yummy, quick and easy to prepare but with all my favorite foods. My find leads me to BodyRock. Zuzana and Freddy always have new and exciting recipes available for anyone just starting out in cooking or just looking for ‘that jazz’ at dinner time.

What is so easy about this recipe?

You can pop down to the local store and just pick up the ginger, carrots and the chicken broth in under 10 minutes and have it severed within 2o minutes. Overall 30 minutes of prep time including the transit time and there’s left overs for the next night – just add some rice and BAM your done.

It’s really super easy to make, so don’t feel intimidated and give it a try at home even if it’s your first time cooking.

I love this recipe, we are making this for dinner. I know I haven’t put up any recipes of late due to the challenges we have going, but I had to share this one from:  Eating Right For You Body blog. Great blog about health, fitness and food.

Coffee Talks are back!

After receiving a bunch of emails from you guys asking us where the heck the coffee talk videos have been lately we decided to re-embrace our love for caffeine fueled babbling and hearing the sound of our own voices haha. Seriously tho we have missed our coffee talks – it’s a great chance for us to connect as a community and talk about all kinds of stuff together. We will be asking for coffee talk topics and questions on our Facebook page on a regular basis so please “like” us on Facebook here so that you can put forward your ideas for coffee talk subjects. While we certainly will be talking about the workouts and our diet challenges – Zuzana and I would also like to hear from you guys on life in general – we can talk about relationships, family, the world at large – whatever friends talk about.
